Frequently Asked Questions

  • Speaking is one of the most meaningful ways I share my work! I lead keynotes and workshops on the power of human connection and how we can create relationships that count — at home, at work, and beyond.

Learn more about my motivational keynotes here. You can also explore my workshops & connection cultivators, which are strategic add-on experiences designed to help people-first organizations further strengthen their relationships and resilience.

I’d love to hear more about your event. Please reach out to discuss how we can work together to create a meaningful and connection-driven experience for your organization or gathering.

  • I partner with businesses and brands that I believe in and align with my values of well-being and connection. I love sharing resources with my own community and am happy to discuss the ways we can create meaningful content or experiences together. In select cases, I am also available for consulting and advisory projects. Please reach out if you are interested in working together on events, campaigns, or collaborations.

  • I wish we could grab a coffee and chat all things friendship and connection. Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to offer up my time for free. You are welcome to inquire about my consulting services or to sign up for my digital friendship course.

You can also access free guidance through recent podcast episodes, articles, and interviews! You’re also invited to join my online community on Instagram and sign up for my newsletter — Friendly Advice.

  • These days I am focused on connecting with people through my speaking, consulting, and online courses. I’m currently not accepting new therapy clients. The therapist directory at Psychology Today is a helpful resource for finding the right therapist.

If you’re looking for friendship advice and proven strategies to help you build stronger connections, I’d love to welcome you into my digital course, Confidently Connected.

  • There are few things more meaningful than connection and sharing in each other’s stories and experiences — it’s a big part of why I became a psychologist. However, as a therapist I’m bound by certain ethical guidelines, which means that I’m not able to share personal advice or feedback online.

  • Please get in touch if you are interested in discussing a possible interview or collaboration. Due to the number of requests I receive (along with my ongoing efforts to set work-related boundaries!) I’m not always available, but I’d be happy to hear about the project or story you are working on and see if we can make something work.

  • I’m so glad you’re interested in my work and would love to have you join my community! Connect with me on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@miriamkirmayer) and sign up for my newsletter to get my latest friendship, relationship, and mental health tips.
